What if my product isn't what I was hoping for, do you allow for returns?

We understand that sometimes the product you buy isn't right and we want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. You are able to return full price products for a refund or store credit (different policies apply to sale products, swimwear and other items). Please see our detailed returns policy for further information. 

Why can't I get an exchange?

Unfortunately we cannot issue direct exchanges through our platform so alternatively, you can follow our returns policy and if eligible, we suggest you receive a full refund or store credit for your purchase and once issued, go ahead and purchase the correct item you want. 

I've made a mistake, can I make changes to my order?

If you notice a mistake with your order, please get in touch immediately via our email info@ltlppl.com.au and we will endeavour to fix any errors prior to your order being dispatched from the warehouse. However, if your order has already been sent, we are not responsible for the incorrect details you provided and our returns policy will remain the same. 

What is your sizing like? How can I pick the right fit for my little one?

We know sizing can be super tricky, especially for your ever-changing and ever-growing kids. We try to provide detailed descriptions of any notable sizing information in each individual product. If nothing is specified, then we suggest going your normal size. If you need help with sizing, please don't hesitate to contact us on info@ltlppl.com.au and we will respond to you within 48 business hours of your email. 

How long will my product(s) take to arrive after I purchase?

We ship using Australia Post for all domestic and international purchases. They provide the following estimated times for domestic shipping: 1-2 days for express shipping and 2-7 days for regular post. Do you sell gift cards?

We are really excited to announce that we now do have the option to purchase gift cards via our website. 

I am from overseas, can I purchase your products?

Absolutely! We want all customers near and far to be able to access our beautiful pieces. Please see our shippings policy for further information on costs to receive your purchase and also please refer to your own countries customs requirements to ensure you are able to receive our products and what duties/taxes you may be liable for in the process. 

I received a faulty/incorrect item, what should I do?

We ensure that this rarely happens as we check each and every product thoroughly before posting them to your homes, but in the rare case this occurs, please get in touch with us via email at info@ltlppl.com.au with your order number and a brief description of the fault/incorrect item. Images are extra helpful in this instance and will allow us to respond promptly. Please see our faulty items policy for further information.
